Neptunian Cube Peninsula 180 Polycarbonate Pro Lid

Designed specifically for the Neptunian Cube Peninsula 180 aquarium, this made-to-order Polycarbonate Pro Lid provides a secure, clean fit while allowing light, airflow and convenient access to your aquarium.

London Aquatic Design has more than 13 years of specialist aquarium-lid experience. Every lid is designed, CNC-routed, assembled and checked by our own team using state-of-the-art CNC routers for clean edges, accurate equipment cut-outs and a consistent fit.

The frame is machined from high-grade polycarbonate selected for strength and resistance to bowing and warping. Fine, clear, UV-protected mesh is glued securely into the frame for a stronger, longer-lasting hold. The mesh is not removable or user-replaceable.

Choose the right lid construction

Standard mesh lid. A clear polycarbonate frame with fine mesh across the open sections, providing fish-jump protection while maintaining excellent airflow, ventilation and light transmission.

Cat-proof lid. Adds a rigid polycarbonate section with hexagonal openings across the mesh area. Fine mesh remains beneath this reinforced structure, providing additional support where a standard lid would have a larger exposed span of mesh.

Removable evaporation covers. Optional 4 mm clear polycarbonate panels fit over the open sections to help reduce evaporation and heat loss. They are available for both standard and cat-proof lids and can be removed when increased ventilation is preferred.

Cat-proof with evaporation covers. Combines the reinforced cat-proof structure with removable evaporation panels. Adding evaporation covers alone to a standard lid does not make it cat-proof.

Made around your equipment

Select the options needed for your setup, including light-mount, cable and pipe cut-outs, feed-hole access, a feeder cup, removable evaporation covers, cat-proof construction and other special requirements.

Light-mount cut-outs are normally only required when mounting hardware sits outside the aquarium’s weir section. You can upload a photograph of the top of your aquarium to help us position equipment cut-outs and speed up the artwork process.

Feed hole or feeder cup?

A feed-hole cut-out provides convenient access for hand feeding without removing the complete lid.

Our optional Pro Cube/Pellet Feeder fits into a dedicated opening and is designed for pellets and frozen food. It guides food into the aquarium, makes routine feeding quicker and reduces the time the tank is left uncovered. Made in the UK from aquarium-safe PETG, it is a feeding insert rather than an automatic feeder.

Artwork approval and manufacture

1. We confirm your aquarium model, generation, measurements and equipment details.
2. Our team prepares a visual artwork proof showing the lid shape and cut-out positions.
3. You check the drawing and request any necessary changes.
4. Manufacture begins only after you approve the final artwork.

Production normally takes 10–15 working days from artwork approval. Delivery time is additional.
